Report of the Auditor General—November 2019

Summary

This is the Auditor General’s annual fall report. It includes our annual audit on the 2018-2019 Consolidated Financial Statements of the Province of Alberta and government ministries, and the results of five followup audits on previous audits conducted by our office.

In our Energy Chapter, in accordance with Section 19 (2) of the Auditor General Act, we draw attention to a qualification in our independent auditor’s report on the financial statements of the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER).

The followup audits include:
